Date: 2008-02-29 04:04 pm (UTC)CHAs vary. There aren't always free drinks but there is usually a lot more space. Having guaranteed access to the VIP balcony at Fabric is a huge reason I tolerate the place.
(I guess CHAs aren't necessarily the same as VIP areas though!)
Re: Corporate Hospitality Areas vs Moshpit
Date: 2008-02-29 04:06 pm (UTC)There are trade offs:
Moshpit: physical discomfort vs closeness to action
CHA: free drinks vs far away, in company of The Man.
Re: Corporate Hospitality Areas vs Moshpit
Date: 2008-02-29 04:10 pm (UTC)The Man >>>>> The People (in moshpits)
Re: Corporate Hospitality Areas vs Moshpit
Date: 2008-02-29 05:07 pm (UTC)There is absolutely no way in which I could be considered to have "not sold out" so I can't, in conscience, choose the moshpit (of which I was not a great fan at my most punk i.e. 15.)
