Oooooo-oo-ooooo-oo! 'Baby Love' was the top of the ticks for 1964, Diana & co just beating the Kinks and Sandie Shaw. The Bachelors didn't get a single vote, and will slomp off home infront of the telly with a microwave meal for one. Between all of them! This week we bid adieu to Girl Power, welcome back Madge and ponder the ultimate question: what would one resemble with a 'chimney' bestowed upon one in the near future? It's 1998!

Really?! In terms of production they both sound as dated as each other - I think the Spices were more consistent but All Saints had higher highs.

imo, all saints had only one really genius high = never ever - whereas the spices had loads - & those two stroppy nappleton sisters = a major drawback

never ever: genius high for the steely dan sample maybe, but Black Coffee is their true hidden career highlight, imho

black coffee = hidden from me, thats for sure ( i'll keep an eye out for it tho ) ( on "the hits" they only ever seem to play pure shores these days - o, for a bit of bootie call! )
