Lower reaches watch: Jedward are in at #80 with their Blink 182 cover, the Mercury nominations have nudged The xx and Mumford & Sons further up into the top 100 (Laura Marling's album has jumped 82 places up) and DERE LORD "Don't Stop Believing" has been on the chart for 91 weeks :O

Date: 2010-07-26 02:41 pm (UTC)Ushy & Pit - perhaps unfairly I'm comparing this as I listen with "OMG" (which I thought was great) and it's just not as good, a bit too 'constructed' I think. Unintentionally hilarious moment: Pitbull's spiel ends with an "OK" that sounds like it was accompanied by a tremendous Gallic shrug. NO TICK.
Bassy - agreeably short but not really catchy enough. NO TICK.
Pendy - immensely enjoyable, and pretty immense too. TICK.
Vicky - don't like her voice, cos she barks. Unintentional The Police moment: "the King Of Pain and hurt". NO TICK.
Girly - "900 channels but there's nothing to see" wow what a startlingly original insight you have there Mr. Scouting. NO TICK.
