22. FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE - "Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)"

Hurrah! It's Mad Florence! Who I admit I was slightly better disposed to before her appearance on EVERY TRAILER EVER on channel 4. Lowest ranked song to get more than 4 votes. A handful of points for the Jamie T remix here.

21. SAINT ETIENNE - "Method Of Modern Love"

One of (I think) 3 singles on the list I actually bought for digital money. No video exists for this I think.

20. LITTLE BOOTS - "Remedy" (52 points)

Into the Top 20! I was a bit disappointed in her 2009: many of you weren't.

19. JORDIN SPARKS - "Battlefield" (53 points)

WHOMP WHOMP WHOMP. Embedding disabled though.

I'd guess at a Top 5 of be The Fear, I'm On A Boat, Bad Romance, You Belong With Me, something else - maybe in that order?

I am really annoyed to realize that 'The Loving Kind' isn't going to place even though Untouchable did - it's the second year in a row my favourite chart single of the year has been scuppered by coming out in January!

Aw crap, the fifth is going to be Das Rasict, isn't it? And I was just enjoying having the Lex around again :)

If I Gotta Feeling gets anywhere near the top five when Boom Boom Pow ended up in the 85-61 group, I will be a very fucking sad panda indeed. Are people remembering the Two-thousand-and-late line and thinking it came out then?

Can't comment on how IGF did, but Boom Boom Pow's underperformance is one of the big poll surprises for me too.
