You'll have to wait until next Tuesday for Heat #6 as my spreadsheet is at work and I am not - but luckily there's some unfinished business to be had!

Tweet, Aaliyah, Eminem and Kylie all made it through to the next round, but who will proceed out of QOTSA and LCDS?

These are both great, but No One Knows is really special - that crazy, polka-ish rhythm and incredible drums, that riff with the irresistable TWANG! at the end, the conspiratorial vocal. And best of all, something that rarely happens: it's a HEAVY ROCK song with melody, personality and a sense of fun - which means it is a total POP song at the same time. It might be the best guitar-led record of the last twenty years.

I'm a big fan of Losing My Edge and LCD Soundsystem in general, but there's no competition for me here.
