Princess Superstar, Truth Hurts and Puretone all tied for the lead, with Missy and Christina making up our five qualifiers in Heat #1. Poor old Abs.

Next up we have a heat packed with so much awesome stuff that I'm beginning to regret changing the rules...

First of several posts to try to entice you into listening to Mindy McCready. This song for Mindy - that I would sing for Mindy, if I ever met her - isn't one you can vote for, since it's 1982; is my favorite rock song of the '80s that's not by Guns N' Roses or The Fall (unless you count stuff like "Billie Jean" and "Lips To Find You" as rock, which you probably should, but anyway...):
