"Confuse Them With Mountains" is a fine phrase for what the monster productions of Max Martin and Timbaland did to Pitchfork readers' expectations!

B-b-b-but...these are mountains! Not mere mortal breasts! (Yes, it nicely gets the scope of 00's pop and simultaneously the odd turn of those expectations through the decade, which haven't been so much erased as...modified, though a serious of, er, slight reductions here and there. I'll drop the metaphor now, thanks.)
