poptimistsA note for new Poptimists: Winner Stays On is a pop duel where two relatively current songs fight it out for yr love. The winner lives to fight another day, the loser is lost to the pallid embrace of history.
Robyn is currently the Winner who stays on, winning by a couple of tenths of a point over Ladytron. For today's match we have a real actual NEW RECORD, in the form of Beyonce's "Check On It", which also features Slim Thug (and whose newness is questionable as it was a bonus track on Destiny's Child's #1s album). Are we sick of Robyn yet? Has Bouncy still got it? Vote here:
