I never actually heard the album so going thru the iTunes clips now. production is generally bog-standard rather than downright terrible but the vocals seem to ruin most tracks more in terms of how they actually sound and the unimaginative lyrics.

'Neon Rocks', 'Disco Heat' (the one that led to Kylie's far better 'In My Arms' presumably) and 'Certified' all had potential but yeah, between 'Darkdancer' and 'The Warning' and dozens of other better albums in that vein this is pointless.
