poptimistsIt's Thursday, it's 2'o'clock, it's time for the Now poll. The series reaches surely its lowest ebb with Now 6, and evidence of penny-pinching abounds with minor hits and follow-ups all over the shop. Luckily those old faithfuls UB40 and Phil are around to 'steady the ship'. Did they ever team up? It seems inconceivable that they didn't and yet I can't remember - or my brain won't let me.
It has to be admitted that the 'bookies' have a clear favourite this time, but then the bookies certainly wouldn't have tipped Katrina and The Waves to beat out the competition on Now 5. Jimmy Nail seems to have attracted most of the DAILY HATE.
