Hi dere pop-tickers (do you see?!) I am filling in for freakytigger on these polls whilst he is off on his summer jaunts. Hopefully, I will not rubbish it up too badly but if any of these have blatantly been in the polls before then tell me. The Official Charts Company haven't pulled themselves together enough to update yet so I had to do this by comparing last week and this week's chart off the BBC, ie: I hope I got this wrong somewhere because otherwise this is the worst week for singles in the history of the known universe. :(

Awww Kano is very cute. I kind of want to take him home and put him in my pocket. But where is Craig David? I can only see this muscle-y dude in shades who has a totally different voice to our Craig....oh wait. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED THERE?

I sort of wish Kano was my boyfriend. Or maybe my flatmate. He looks like he can cook. I think maybe this is a mumpoppish sort of demographic they may be missing in their marketing of him as a gritty young man, when in fact he is just the sort of person I would trust to sell me nice pasta sauces or something.*

Scary innit! I think his voice is pretty much the same voice actually but he's fairly unrecognisable otherwise.

Haha did you ever hear 'Brown Eyes' off his first album? That will make you want him to be your boyfriend EVEN MORE. I love Kano so much. Pity his new album is so terrible (this track and the really awesome Vybz Kartel dancehall one are the only good ones).

moggu, i think you may be onto something with this kano for mumpop thing :)
