See also the greatest compilation of all time (http://www.discogs.com/release/173400)! (OK not all of this is hip-house as such, more one or t'other)

I think it works as a genre, and can listen to a lot of it in one go. But perhaps works best alternated with plenty of straight-up house music.

It's well worth it. It's worth the price for the Steinski track alone, but plenty of there gems on there too.

Yes, that and the Steinski one are my two favourites, and they are also the two hardest to track down. It's quite a big file (11Mb). Enjoy!
