I was wondering about posh rock stars, and I can't think of that many. Looking at Wikipedia, it says that Frank aka CMKT4's father owned a bar, but that his stepfather "pursued real estate on both coasts" !!!

The "posh rock stars/pop stars": sidebar is one I've done many times, although I've probably forgotten them all. Your standards: Chris DeBurgh, Gram Parsons, Justine Frischmann (although you might argue that Holocaust survivor/top structural engineer makes her dad more interesting than the average millionaire), Dido, Sean Paul, Marianne Faithful, Charlie Busted... There are some better ones, I think, but they don't spring to mind.
