Now dudes, its time to rewind twenty years - oh man, I've been looking forward to this year for ages. Boyband FITES! Yazoo covers getting the wobs top spot! Dave Bow-tie rescuing his career! I ticked every one I remembered, and even one I didn't (KC). I was totally baffled by "Candy Girl" (I now remember that it existed, but I can't remember it), since I read "New Edition" as "New Order."

I remember Rob Sheffield had a piece in Spin saying why New Kids On The Block were the new Rolling Stones, giving relevant comparisons, e.g., "Rolling Stones: The blues had a baby and they called it rock 'n' roll. New Kids On The Block: Maurice Starr had New Edition and they sued him."

Interesting fact about New Edition: Madonna was a supporting act on one of their tours.
