Most likely the second single was "Champagne Supernova" - that was released in the U.S. right after "Wonderwall," I believe. The two songs were almost equally popular, though "Wonderwall" maybe a little more so.

Yes! And "Champagne Supernova" was the one that... well, "dislike" is too strong a word, but I liked it less with each passing hour, and as the song was five hours long, the final evaluation was negative.
