A while ago, freakytigger and I discussed how an emergent genre's willingness to magpie up and incorporate well-known pop hooks into itself was probably a major sign of its quality and health. Reggaeton does this spectacularly well, as the mp3s below (sampling Corona, Snap and Deee-Lite respectively) demonstrate:

Yes yes yes that image is perfect. And despite the out of control-ness it's so perfectly structured - the builds and the falls, the climaxes and the lulls. The bridge and the "zumbale mambo pa' que mi gata prenda lo motores" bit, oh my god.

You're spot-on on the perfectly structured part - I think that's why I gut-feeling thought it more 'pop' than the other tracks in this batch, though it's also more crunk, the intro in particular, the shininess in the spaces (a bit of it reminded me of one of the dudes in Orishas too, but that might have been an automatic rap-in-Spanish reaction).

The 'zumbale mambo pa que mi gata prenda lo motores' bit!! Definitely my favourite part, that build-up, that... okay, for me, this track is the reggaeton "So Much Love To Give".
