I am doing the Grand Pazz And Jop Spreadsheet now and am using an adjusted percentage system. On the other hand that makes more sense on the P&J/canon 'perm N from X' voting system. On the OTHER other hand it means that in a weak year an OK song can outperform a good song in a strong year.

One reason I wish you'd run this year's Jackin' Pop as your final P&J poll is that Gnarls would not be a shoo-in vs. Nelly or Justin or Cansei De Ser Sexy or The Knife (may even have trouble vs. Lily or Cassie, though my guess is that "Crazy" would beat "LDN" and "Me & U" soundly).

People like me possibly screw things up for Glenn by posting nonidentical lists for each (I'm sure there are ways to take this into account, if he wants to go to half votes and the like; or he could simply choose to discard one of the ballots arbitrarily).
