1: As it doesn't seem this one's going to invade British shores (nor the Singles Jukebox) anytime soon, I feel compelled to post The Sounds' recent comeback single:

This has been all over our airwaves the last few months, and has slowly crept its way to being one of my favourite singles of the year. (Unfortunately it's by far the best thing on the album -- there's plenty of good and decent tracks, but nothing else with this one's scope, immediacy and undeniable hooks.)
