What fun we had with Now 50, which Kylie won at a canter, though with decent shouts from Britney and Bouncy. Kylie takes her place next to S Club in the pop and poll hall of fame. Sadly I have to report that Now 51 is less obviously glittering, though obviously your mileage may wobble. Some definite highlights though as we slide gently into 2002. And big hellos to Daniel Bedroomeyes, Christina Milian and...Nickelback!

Try Again is by miles the best thing on here, although I still have a soft spot for Daniel Bedingfield's only good song ever.

Bedingfield had several good songs! Well er 'James Dean (I Wanna Know)', the follow-up to this, was even better, and then it all went MOR-shaped.
