The History Of Pop Part 51 aka Are we having fun yet?

What fun we had with Now 50, which Kylie won at a canter, though with decent shouts from Britney and Bouncy. Kylie takes her place next to S Club in the pop and poll hall of fame. Sadly I have to report that Now 51 is less obviously glittering, though obviously your mileage may wobble. Some definite highlights though as we slide gently into 2002. And big hellos to Daniel Bedroomeyes, Christina Milian and...Nickelback!

It's 1000 million times better than anything Pearl Jam, Soundgarden etc did i.e. it has a tune!

Soundgarden had tunes! Admittedly, Pearl Jam were v.lacking in this dept.

But not as good as "Creep" by the Stone Temple Pilots (and maybe not as good as "Pretty Noose" by Soundgarden and "Black" by Eddie and the Pearlrodders, either).
