i would say 'Check On It' or 'I'll Be Ready' (ah but which?) for MOST POP. because they're both bright and breezy, simplistic (altho production on Bouncy is kinda all over the shop but in a goodish way), fun and i would say memorable.
least Pop - Forward Russia? they sound v artrocky by name at least. Editors too perhaps because they're so conservative, broody and 'worthy' (but i still like the song!).
Oh yes, Kanye is I think a bigger pop star than Bouncy as well, but this is, what, his third? fourth? single off the album and while it is good it isn't a song anyone cares about as a single. Whereas Bouncy's is basically the lead single to her next album (she has a v odd approach to lead tracks! it's kind of like she puts out an understated, non-overwhelming song very far ahead to test the waters before crushing everyone with a world-changing second single)
