poptimistsPop World Cup: There will be NO PWC match this week, this is because of a number of things, partly me being really busy, partly some format fiddling. So next Monday we will have TWO matches, and the week afer we will have another TWO. So in lieu of other orgafun let's take a quick look at the state of the Poptimist nation, April 25th 2006. I was going to do these questions as a poll but actually, it makes much more sense to just list 'em and you can put yr answers in the comments.

Date: 2006-04-25 04:22 pm (UTC)1/ Adem - Love and other planets. I have bought way too many albums lately, I blame Amazon marketplace. I'll never get into MP3's.
2/ It's okay, I may end up hating it and dismissing it as hippy nonsense. It might be okay for sleeping to.
3/ Prince - Batdance, though my mum was with me in the shop, the first I bought on my own was "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" by Iron Maiden
4/ I don't have Batdance anymore, it's probably rubbish. Iron Maiden are still great
5/ Silver Jews, last night, it was okay, I was kinda in a crappy mood so didn't enjoy it so much.
6/ I can't really think of anything that would surprise people. Hmmm, Dixie Chicks "Wide Open Spaces", oh, but you're not surprised. Everything I listen to and like is instantly moulded into the jel-sphere.
7/ I think I rather dislike that Biggie song with every rapper ever on it.
8/ I just say Bon Jovi
9/ I would like Tom Petty's greatest hits
10/ Adem. But I might something else on.
