Important POP WORLD CUP questions

As myself and alexmacpherson were discussing last night, will the Pop World Cup have:

- a Goal of the Tournament poll - monster vote for favourite track from the entire tournament?
- a Golden Boot, to be awarded to the player with the most consistency in picking top tunes? Arguably, this should be the winner but you never can tell.

The non-participating pundits demand it.

To create creativity and confusion, I suggest that - other than the Fanny Brice Trophy awarded to the winning team - we have only one additional award: Most Valuable Player. "Player" defined however the individual voter wishes to define it. A player can be a song (known technically as a "short player" or SP, to differentiate it from an EP or an LP), a commentator (e.g., one of us), a manager (who can be chosen on any basis whatsoever, such as song selection, blurb writing, vehemence of posts, exquisite self pity, ad infinitum.), etc.
