Stylus jukebox, Arcade Fire wins it, I am the only person to see genius in the Rasmus single.
I have a bunch of MP3 requests to fill and will give it a shot tonight, incidentally.
The radio version of "Wait" came on Radio 1 this morning. Jo Whiley said afterwards "I spent the first minute of that praying I'd not played the dirty version".

Date: 2005-09-05 12:27 pm (UTC)Hats off for the Wait write-ups, good and bad--it's been around for ages now but, still, I can't get out a coherent sentence on the thing. I'm not sure if it's a simple love it or hate it thing--hating almost seems an admit of defeat [this argument against hiphop has been around forever] but it is almost too repellent to love.
I quite like it.
