great news for all our readers, poptimism is BACK and this time it's even SOUTH OF THE RIVER.



so that's Poptimism, Horse Bar, 124 Westminster Bridge Road, SE1 7XG. Friday 20 March, 7-12, FREE ENTRY.

for any new bugs who are wondering what this is, it is a night run by me and freakytigger and barnet_ape where we play lots of lovely pop music and loads of the people who comment here (and some other people as well) come and have a dance and a drink and a natter. it is FUN TIMES.

HORSE BAR is just across the road from where i work, which is handy if you're me, but actually quite handy for Most Other Londoners too, as it is just round the corner from Leading Transport Hub Waterloo and as we'll be finished by 12 (possible late licence in the futur if it goes ok) you can even get the tube home if you need to.

Importantly, I can guarantee there are NO murals on the walls, "humourous" or otherwise :)

Do you know, I've been past HORSE a thousand times on the bus, and never been in it? I've always been too afraid of the name. Very easy for getting home, with the N159 going RIGHT BY IT.
