Date: 2008-10-28 09:21 pm (UTC)The joke in that episode of Futurama only really makes sense if you listen to the 12 inch version instead, otherwise what they're singing doesn't actually seem to be this song at all. Sadly I can't find the 12 inch version anywhere, but here's a different really long version (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=5VlU5Kcf1XI) instead, which also has the same silly "S-A-F-E-T-Y-Safety-DANCE!" intro for added larks.
