Well, okay, the Russian version of the album isn't even out yet so it will probably be a while before any of this hits the west, but what's poptimists for if not being ahead of the curve, eh?

Anyway, NEW SONGS! The first one, Beliy Plaschik, apparently surfaced a good half year ago, but wasn't officially released till May:

Elsewhere, a proper brand spanker: Anna Abreu, as previously featured in Hitz from Finland back here, has literally just dropped the lead for her upcoming second album, and it is FANTASTIC. Kylie-esque electropop, and dear god, I didn't even know pop this polished could be made here! Anna sounds better than ever, too.

Also stoked. (And am in definite minority that prefers Dangerous and Moving to 200 km/h In The Wrong Lane, on account of its having lots of better songs, especially "Cosmos (Outer Space).")

I almost went "I also am in that minority!", but then I remembered that I haven't actually ever heard 200 km/h in its entirety, so my opinion probably doesn't count, ahaha. (It was actually as a result of looking up the Russian version of same that I stumbled on the new stuff in the first place, heh...)

Question: in the "Beliy Plaschik" vid, just what is it that Lena is walking through at the start? A subway, with derelicts? The dockyards, with derelicts?

See, I thought it were docks, but at a closer look I can't tell any better than you what it is! So the question shall have to be left to someone else, I fear.

The more important question is why is she there (in the underground or on the waterfront). Rough trade? Is she in with the out crowd? Does she have high friends in low places? And is she compromising her loyalty to those friends when she participates in the execution of Yulia?
