so tonight is WORK DO NUMBER THREE (in three days), ie TEH BIG ONE, featuring ME on the decks for the entire college. the thing is, i'm not really sure who's coming, my colleagues are from a rather wide demographic, to put it mildly...

what would you play? i'm thinking that HUNG UP will go down very well, as well as the usual xmo faves. also please don't suggest anything i might stupidly have left at home like my effing WHAM cd, bums.

haha, also what wouldn't you play? i'm thinking "in the navy" would be inappropriate (our principal used to be an admiral, you see).

At the moment I would kill for the chance to play 'Watch Me Go' by the Girls Aloud to a room full of people...

I JUDGE THAT...

I am 'DJing' on Monday, in that I have prepared iPod playlists in advance and will be just switching it on and letting it go. If you like I can post them - there is a wobs one for the meal but forgeddabout that, there is then a 'party' one for when the giffers are still there and a 'modern' one which is 90 mins or so of this year's top tuneXoR.

I still have a CD with loads of Tom Waits albums on it for you, in my bag. I could pop it round if you think it would help - he makes any party go with a swing!

"Have A Cheeky Christmas" is a masterpiece as you will soon learn on Poptimists.

I also have "Macarena Christmas (Joy)"
