Not a grower

What is the accepted term for the opposite of a "grower"? "Shrinker" sounds stupid somehow.

This is in reference to a major 2008 pop release :(

Waner? Crumbler? Dissipater? An apparent slap in the face to the law of the conservation of energy, which says that an object cannot sustain perpetual motion in the SUCKWISE direction, unless it just hasn't plateaued yet because I only listened to it three or four times? (I haven't heard the new Madonna album yet.)
