Dudes we've totally got a new number one! Welsh lass Duffy has booted off Basshunter into the murky depths of number three. But is she any good at all?

[Poll #1140294]
NB Tickers should bear in mind that the Utah Saints track is a new remix, 'Something Good '08'.

i hate that flo rida song with the heat of a thousand suns and the fact that it's been the only #1 in the states all year makes me worry about my predictions that 2008 will be 200GREAT. it does not age well at all.

I think it's good enough for a tick, but in general it avoids my attention like the nonbarking of a thousand indifferent dogs, so I wonder why so many people have strong feelings about it one way or another. Or why it's number one. What's it doing that another 30 tracks aren't?

well, my strong feelings about it are linked to the fact that it's pretty inescapable on pop radio and mtv (it's been no. 1 on the recently rejiggered 'trl' for weeks) and once i hear t-pain's chorus it sticks in my head for *hours*, and not in a good way.

plus for a song that's credited to flo rida it seems like t-pain does most of the heavy lifting.
