When I went back to the Dizzee album after "Flex" charted I got into it a lot more! He never makes consistent records I think.

LCD I sort of agree with - only the title track is actually bad but it's doing incredibly well on all sorts of EOY polls based mainly on the two "ah but sometimes the party must END woez" central tracks. YOU'LL BELIEVE A HIPSTER CAN CRY!

(That said I think it ended up in my Pitchfork Top 25 based on that too.)

hmm the title track is one of the three i like, altho the vocal is a bit annoying. 'All My Friends' and 'North American Scum' do little for me.

My problem with the title track is that the first time I heard the opening lyric I thought "Oh, OK, where are they going with this idea....

ha ha yes, it's absurd that it doesn't build on that mantra...but i like the music.
