Congrats, commiserations and sorry for the wait. I will put the 00s group up tomorrow, tho I may need someone to convert a M4A file into MP3 if I am too dense to work out how to do it myself...

Date: 2007-11-07 10:51 am (UTC)I'm a little surprised to be honest that the Me Phi Me did so well! I didn't think it had much of a chance when I first heard it (though since it ended up being my favourite I shouldn't be too amazed I guess)

Date: 2007-11-07 04:28 pm (UTC)Going by the comments early on I'd kinda started worrying whether I'd go through at all, so getting that many points (with that few voters, at that) was a surprise! More so since I went entirely with the "please myself" strategy this round, which meant picking something I was into at the time...and, I'm just saying: I was a bit of a total goth tool in the late 90s, haha. (Seriously, the Sunscreem was the only one of my possibles that didn't reflect that fact in some way, and I only got my hands on that one literally two days before the send-in deadline, heh...)
And omg this is totally turning into an overlong Oscar acceptance speech. Shutting up now!
