Radio Disney is playing "Start All Over" as the next Miley single, which is an interesting choice: I like it a lot, third best after "See You Again" and "GNO" (so, even better than "East Cumberland High"), but I wasn't thinking to myself "Here's a hit single." The singing is raw in a good way, but raw nonetheless. So Fefe Dobson finally hits on Disney, by proxy.
