Now Polls: Most Under-rated

I didn't make Poptimism last night because I wasn't feeling well. By way of apology, and of introduction to this community I present to you this YouTube compilation I put together.

These are my choices for the Top 20 most under-rated songs in the Poptimists Now Polls. All of these songs received 5 ticks (votes) or fewer. In other words, all of these got less votes than songs by The Verve, Coldplay and David Gray!

Some good stuff in here that I'd not heard before, esp Jan Wayne's boshing BECAUSE THE NIGHT. Angel City wuz robbed, I would have ticked that.

"Absolutely Everybody" is an awful, awful song though.

I've only just got round to watching this, and I can't believe Jaimeson and Angel City got less than 5 ticks. I'm sure I voted for Jaimeson at the time - it's a great song.

I don't suppose you could reveal the secret of how you put this video together (what software you used), because I'm thinking I might do something similar for my end of year countdown. Was it easy to do?

I used the free GIMP photo-editor to edit the pictures, making them all the same size and putting in the text around the album covers. Then I used Windows Movie Maker to string them together, edit the music files and synchronise the two.

It wasn't particularly difficult to do. The most time-consuming parts were editing the images and cutting the music files down to 30secs each.
