It may be fucking freezing outside right now but you can always count on the endless stream of DANCEHALL BANGERS to make you feel warm, both because they sound so summery and because they necessitate some very energetic dancing. The latest is 'Roll It Gal' by Alison Hinds:

Another amazing woman is PJ Harvey, whose new single is one of the most unsettling things I have ever heard especially if you accidentally leave it on repeat. The video is whatever but the song's great.

It is called 'When Under Ether'. Her whole new album is along the same gently unsettling piano-driven lines - it is very very sad indeed.
