The Pop Open Round 2: Groups & Dates

I'm posting this now because I'll only forget the spreadsheet otherwise!

Tracks to leagueofpop@gmail.com please - in MP3 format if at all possible - and the deadline is September 9th, so you have a month. I'm going to try and run the groups in the order listed here.

The themes in Round 2 are also time periods: this does not necessarily mean that the songs have to date from those time periods (though obviously you're on safe ground, themewise, if they do!).

Perhaps it should be winners plus the two highest scoring runners-up? Then you'd have 8 left for quarter finals etc.

Yep, that's the option if I want to do head-to-heads.

The other is two groups of five,which would be winners plus four highest-scoring.

Whatever happens it will be TUFF.
