Pop Open Group C RESULTS
Jun. 18th, 2007 12:44 pmTo maximise the orgafun I will be updating this results post every half hour or so. The top three go through to the next round (see below for next round details). The fourth and fifth placed players bid a sad farewell to the Pop Open, though can enact vengeance by voting.

Fifth Place... "Warm Leatherette" by The Normal. 1 first-place vote, 3% of total points.
strange_powers is OUT.
ROUND TWO: It's a while away, but I asked for nominations for round 2 themes. I was very tempted by Rick's particle physics suggestion, I was less tempted by my own brain's suggestion of Strength, Intelligence, Wisdom, Dexterity, Constitution and Charisma. But in the end I decided to make round 2 a history lesson of sorts - the six themes will be Noughties, Nineties, Eighties, Seventies, Sixties, and Fifties And Before.
If you win your group - as
mcarratala has done - you get to choose two things. You get to pick which group you're in next round (subject to availability), and you get to pick which group the third-placed qualifier in your group is in (s.t.a.). The second-placed ppl will be randomly allocated to a group. NONE MORE ORGA.
