All the crowds queuing for Emo bands and the like seem to be mostly gurls. Amy and Lily and Mika and the other falling-behind-the-zeitgeist (see previous poptimist, er, 'thread'??) seem all quite girly audienced.

Yes there's lots of pop stuff for the young ladies, but... what are young men boys listening to these days?

GPWM i am an old so i cannot tell them apart.

emo kids i see don't have angualr hair - just sort of unkempt. which is good. i am not saying that with a disapproving tone.
