YAY! For NYE poptimism!!

Thank you very very much to those of you who came down, we had a SMASHING time (once we got started, anyway. thanks there french family for taking an hour to drink yr coffee...). especial thanks to those of you who brought fresh meat ppl i didn't know, they all seemed to have a good time, even the mopey looking indie boys ;)

can i ask that if you do have any pictures and you put them up on flickr, can you put "poptimism" in the tags please, so that they appear on the magic feed (well done dansette and strictlytrue for doing this already :)).

the PLAN for the new year is to haf january off and then come back with a BANG on Feb 2 and then stick with first friday of the month, thus avoiding the bangface/b-movie problem.

see i thought i left about 3.30 but maybe it was a bit earlier...

...i know it took us an absolute age to get home (got on piccalilly line, train stops at cally road, fight breaks out at other end of train, train doesn't go anywhere, get off tube, get 91 to nags head, 29 to manor house, 279 down the hill to ours, WHAT AN FAFF)

Nah, it was 3.10 when I went on the second time, apparently to wind up at half past. Instead I lasted 10 minutes :)
