Let's pause a moment to reflect on Now 57, which saw our second ever 100% vote - for "Toxic" - and also the highest ever percentage score for a non-winner ("Milkshake"). We will not see its like again. Probably.

And now for Now 58 - also packed with fine tracks, with attention surely resting on the debut of Kristian Leontiou the SONG THAT BROKE THE INTERWEB, Outkast's "Ha Yeah". Included somewhat late on this Now poll, which otherwise celebrates the summer of '94. Let's see what you think about it.

The Show is the best GA track but there's still LOVE MACHINE to come, surely a potential winner if ever there was one?

Except ironically this time the RACIST choice is the song by the black artist!

'Love Machine' should surely win, competition pending? It seems that the Poptimist tendency is to rate the big chorus over the weird sounds, and 'Love Machine' has maybe the biggest chorus evah.

Me, either. "The Show" is far and away the best GA track. Plus brings back fond memories of me tooling around Cornwall in a rental car.

I find it hard to believe that Rachel isn't scoring higher. People are thinking too hard and not sticking by their "any good at all" guns.

i like the show, but i still find the adoration too much. it's maybe their 4th or 5th best song. (NGA > Love Machine > Biology > Show) Then again I love their cover of Jump :-/
