I've been on the fence about Lily Allen. Not any more.

I almost added the caveat that yes, I know lots of good people have said rubbish stuff like this before (Scissor Sisters spring to mind, and obviously being a poptimistic Magnetic Fields fan is a thankless task), but the way I tend to react to these things depends on whether the person in question has made any records good enough to balance it out. I haven't heard any by Ms Allen.
