we could of course restrict the music being judged to the eg PUDDLE of MUDD BACK CATALOGUE so his honour would have to
i. yes yes give his opinions
ii. haha have to sit though to the ENTIRE PUDDLE of MUDD BACK CATALOGUE with everyone watching

one does not have to hear a song to judge it - this is a rule which YOU YOURSELF taught me!
