Oops - She did it again - WON A NOW POLL that is. Britney topped Now 46, and deletion was averted by a respectable showing for Aaliyah after much lobbying. Less controversy on Now 47 I'm guessing, featuring comebacks for U2, Spices and All Saints, and debuts for David Gray, Nelly and leather-lunged Anastacia.

This is the first Gabrielle single I have not ticked (only cos I probably never heard it). Let's see whether dubdobdee's loyalty to the eye-patched one continues!

I've noticed she is getting somewhere near to Phil Collins, UB40 and Gary Moore in the NOW! ubiquity stakes.

My local library has loads of Gabrielle on CD. I must check these out (in both senses of the word!)
