Barry Manilow wrote "Could It Be Magic," which is to say he took the chords from a Chopin prelude and added his own lyrics - an excellent strategy that more songwriters should emulate.
Donna Summer did a supremely wonderful version. The intro was called "Prelude to Love."
Not that I've heard the TT version, or could vouch that it's the same song.
