There's something miserably predictable about the Go Team winning this week's singles jukebox with their lamest track - dammit GTs just go the Prefab Sprout route and keep re-releasing "Bottle Rocket". Maybe I'm just bitter because I'm apparently the only person on the entire jukebox who enjoyed "Schrei" by Hotel Tokio. I wish I'd given it a 10 now.

I liked Schrei! I just couldn't face actually submitting scores or blurbs to the Jukebox this week I'm afraid...

Run straight down from kick-off before turning at a 45 degree angle to shoot does not = mastery.

I liked the Go! Team record best this week, so I don't mind it winning at all. My next two favourites came second and fourth, so maybe I am not as out of tune with exciting young people as the first week's B&S victory made me think!

I gave the Go Team a 2 or 3 if it makes you feel better. I was hoping I'd get assigned to blurb that one because I had this whole thing ready about them being less a good band and more a good puzzle.

It's the Go! Team's BEST track!
I'm mighty pleased that fingerpaint remark was picked to be the title. Even if I did say it ages ago before (http://farenoughishere.blogspot.com/2004/12/5-go-team-thunder-lightning-strike.html).

Also, how did Mogwai get up to a 4.53?? The panel seems pretty much in Groupthink on this one. If I add my [1]-score, it would take a bunch of [9]s to get them to 4.53, right?
