i have been tidying up the documentation relating to my mobile, so i can find my actual contract and not be blindsided by stuff for a change

in the middle of it i found a folded piece of paper, ruled into a three by three grid, and filled out (print not hand-writing) as follows

That sounds like a Don't Stop Moving Pop Bingo sheet, and it is indeed a jolly good game, though I like your fill-in-the-blanks addition...

concluding from yr solution:
"blur + queen" = "europe + shampoo"!!

which seems about right -- don't really remember much about shampoo

this one does rather work out rock/indie/pop per line, but i think more interesting ones would be much more subtle

I have only been once! No, maybe twice. Either way, I can't remember any bingo (does not necessarily mean there was no bingo) and was in no state to carry home a card on either occasion, given me and Magnus managed to forget everything else. If you find any sock bingo tho I will cop to that.
