I am trying to collate all the songs which contain a reference to the kind of girlfriend you can get when you are famous (Spotify playlist). If you don't have Spotify where you are, the list is currently :
Rock Star - Everclear
When You Wasn't Famous - The Streets
Top Of The World - T.I.

This is only three, what others are there? So far they are falling into two broad subcategories :

i) girls you can pull when you are not famous are a bit horrible
ii) girls you can pull when you are famous are a bit horrible

Do share your thoughts on this, whether here or via last.fm tag. This might also be a golden opportunity for you to break out the "unexamined assumption" tag!

Totally agree that strippers is category (iii). But despite the obvious romantic value of Perfect Gentleman, I'm not sure that it's obvious from the narrative that Wyclef is famous. I must listen to it again, perhaps more than once, in order to decide this.

Of course in the vid he's not a star, but a ghetto kid just pretending, or not even pretending - then he wakes up and it was a bad dream, and he's back in his mansion. Quite good-natured. (And IRL I'd say it's very up in the air whether Jeremih will be a star.)
