Yeah it fits right into that lineage - it's not one I've heard much from lately though (and also they do it really well - the album sounds SO full and opulent, and Muhsinah's voice is just awesome - there's some really excellent vocal layering going on here). Apparently The Foreign Exchange are former hip-hop producers (and 10 tracks into the album this has just become explicit w/the first recognisably hip-hop beat).
