The Poptimists Advent Calendar Day 21
Band Aid - Do They Kno It's Christmas (Extended Mix)
Obviously this is a classic anyway and you can relive its classicism via this 12" - the clanging chimes, tonight Thank God etc. BUT ALSO you get bizarre string stabs courtesy surely of Lord![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
sukrat and you get an assortment of pop stars wishing you a merry Wobs. Sadly this recording exposes the tale of a member of Spandau Ballet saying "Merry Christmas to all our fans in Africa" as an urban mythXoR but it's well worth hearing anyway, especially for D Bowie and the guy from Big Country and Sir Bob and and...well, everybody, really.
