I got into work at 8 this morning and am very bored, so have decided to reinstitute ASK DOCTOR POP. Ask a question about pop. The good doctor, through his representative on the interwebs, will endeavour to answer.

Q2: Is Alesha Dixon the only popstar to have failed to sell her wedding dress on ebay (http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2008/nov/12/alesha-dixon-pop-rock)?

Forgive me if my question's already been asked--I think it may have.

apparently JT is focusing on writing and producing for other artists for the moment - a couple of demos purporting to be by him are doing the rounds but no one seems that enthused, and I haven't been bothered to d/l them.

his spot on TI's 'Dead And Gone' is one of his best vocal performances I think.

it's the "standard version" of the Beyonce album - the "deluxe version" will have 16 tracks split across two discs. it's quite an effective whetting-the-appetite trick! (assuming, as I tend to do now, that the record label is behind the leak.) it's also one of my albums of the year already - the ballads especially.

Belated reply to koganbot's question whether Nietzsche is the only famous person with five consecutive consonants:

Every mass has a characteristic radius, such that if the mass were compressed into that radius, it would collapse into a gravitational singularity (black holeish thing). This famous radius is named for the German physicist Karl Schwartzschild – six consonants!
